Welcome To Katzele Persians
My name is Sarit Lenz and I would like to welcome you to the Katzele Persian's website. I am a Persian breeder from Israel.
My breeding program is devoted to solid Persians. I strive to breed for that "breath taking" Persian look combined with excellent health and charming character.
In The Beginning...
My "love affair" with the Persian breed started back in 1996 when I acquired my first Persian, a breeder quality blue-cream, from a local breeder. When I arrived at the breeder's home to pick up my girl, I was amazed. There were about ten furr-babies scampering around the home. It was stunning!
I must admit that until that day I had felt that pepole shouldn't be breeders but should instead care only about helping homeless animals. Once I had seen the precious persian babies, I realized that breeding and rescue were two separate issues. I could help stray animals, and also own and breed pedigreed cats. I will never leave any animal on the street; taking them with me, looking for loving, caring homes for them.
My Cats' Lifestyle
The cats share their life and my heart with my two dogs and a ferret. Kittens are handled from the first day of their life, and like their parents receive tons of love and attention. They grow up into happy, spoiled, healthy, well socialized and human loving adults.
Other Family Members
Along with our cats, we have few other special family members.
My special "baby" is Tamara, an 12 year old mix-breed dog. As much as I love the others, and I truly do, this little one is everything...
Arthur is an 12 year old mix-breed dog that we found after he was abused. Arthur had a surgery but he's still lame on one leg. He's a very special boy...
Zachi is my funny ferret. He lives in the boys room in the cattery where he loves to steal their toys. he is very people oriented and adores his human family.
With Gratitude
From my first steps towards becoming part of the cat fancy, I have been fortunate to have made many new friends, some of whom have been kind enough to trust me with their gorgeous kitties. I would like to thank them all, for helping me create the look I love so much in my own breeding program.
